  • SHBG, LH/FSH (as appropriate)

  • Estradiol (E2)

  • DHEA-S (as needed)

  • Prolactin (as indicated)

  • CBC (red blood cells/hematocrit)

  • CMP (liver/kidney function)

  • Lipids

  • A1c / fasting glucose

  • PSA (age/risk dependent)

  • Thyroid markers (as needed)

Week 1–2
